Mechanical Features
Twin diesel Mercruiser D219 with 4 hours of run time.
New velvet drives, new Kevlar epoxy engine bunks and stainless 3/4 bolts 10 per
bunk. New exhaust and stainless steel scuppers, as well as new exhaust for two
gen sets. Stain less steel ruder housings, drip less shaft and rudder seals &
composite rudder bearings, shafts trued and balanced, props were re-pitched,
new cutlass bearings, Hinaduc hydraulic controls, Capliano helms, the big Racor
filters 4 in total 2 for diesel and 2 for oil burning with Racor brand fuel switches so
fuel tanks can be changed under power, fuel tank was removed to check for
damage "no damage" and resealed, two extra 60gl tanks added for veggie oil, 7
bilge pumps all rule - main bilge one [removed phone]v, one [removed phone]v one [removed phone]v and
a little clean up pump, rear bilge the big double 3600, one [removed phone]v, front bilge
[removed phone]v, shower/sink box. New...

110 volt / 12 v fridge, cruse air freezer under cockpit deck, Perco LED nav lights, 8 ocean LED
underwater lights, transom has [removed phone] blue and [removed phone] white, sides have 4 blue 1100's and
there is a blue 1100 in the integrated transom fish tank that has a 36" viewable window, and
last there is a blue 1500 led under the boat all the interior lighting is recessed led's. Two Arc
remote controlled search lights the rcl 100d and rcl 50b, muir hr1200 Cougar windlass,
all hard ware is stainless and nothing is plated or pitted, Bomar port holes stainless,
and composite deck hatches.
All the lumber and plywood was removed and replaced with fiberglass, cockpit
deck and cabinets, cabin floor, cabin panels and door, transom tank with large
viewable window was installed as well as a transom door. A fiberglass folding
cockpit shade with sunbrellas strata glass windows. 8 man inflatable life raft, full
tower with carbon fiber sun shades/ radar perch. Pulpit was integrated to the boat
Fresh Awlgrip, boat spent 45 days in the paint booth, sprayed not rolled, Awlgrip
not Awlcraft 2000! Flag blue hull snow-white top, Matterhorn griptex, all windows
were pulled and resealed.
The bilge is lined with the foam, rubber mat reflective 2inch thick. Fully painted
mater horn Awlgrip all new bilge hoses and pluming all around,
Anything that went on the deck that was not stainless was
taken apart and painted snow white.
Bottom was fully blister peeled to the roving woven and the bottom to the water
line was covered with epoxy then 20oz roven, then tri axle carbon fiber, then
leveled and sprayed with Inturlux 3000, then brushed with Interlux 2000 then
covered with Interlux micron 66 black bottom paint. The boat is dry docked in a
splash-in boat yard and is not floating. All the cores that were drilled for the
seacocks and the hull are 2 inches thick at the keel and 1 1/2 near the side. This
boat was first bought by the navy and built to their spec. and may be the thickest hull
Bertram ever.
All the thru-hulls were replaced with true 3 bolt seacocks and scuppers 10 or so,
All the bilge thru-hulls are stainless and everything above the water line is stainless
below its barons.
The boat has big 12" stainless cleats up front and in the cockpit, and 8" on
the sides, stainless bow rail, stainless vents scuppers, port holes, above water
line thru-hulls, and so on.
Electrical Systems
BEP marine panels 40 switches, Charles marine charger inverter charger, Charles
marine boost transformer, all the wiring is new Anker marine tined copper 12v is red and yellow
and 110 is green, black and red for safety. All the wiring was done using heat shrink connector's
covered with labeled heat shrink slipcovers! There are 3 cable master cable retractors two 110v
one 220v
The is a second 3 bank charger, there are 3 big life line batteries, BEP battery
switch panel, all new gauge sets (full sets for cabin helm and fly bridge helm).

Digital and standard compass in each station
Back up Raymarine navigation GPS system & Radios
on fly bridge and cabin helms, Two 36" Bell air horns, Perco LED navigation lights.
Accommodations
Teak deck over fiberglass in the cabin and berth, new cheery wood cabinets, sofa,
and paneling up stairs and maple down stairs, ultra leather head liner and
cushions, 4 Seaport helm basses totally taken apart for Awlgrip color matching, 3
on the fly bridge one in the cabin, all 4 sea post have lee ladder back style helm
chairs and theres a lee fitting chair in the cockpit, made of teak not plastic.
Corian counter tops, hammered stainless sink, 110 3 burner stove, and 110v / 12
fridge, large under deck freezer
Plenty of storage in the galley and under the sofa
Forward V-berth and head, two full closets and cabinets
Flushable head with Electro-scan waste treatment system
